Location: Hybrid (Mayo)
Salary: €65,000 – €80,000

About the Role

We’re working with a well-established, international technology organisation that is expanding its engineering team in the West of Ireland. They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help design, build, and scale modern software solutions used by global customers.

This role offers a strong mix of backend and frontend development, with flexibility for engineers who lean slightly more toward one side of the stack.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and developing scalable web applications and services
• Building robust backend systems using modern .NET technologies
• Developing responsive front-end interfaces (primarily Angular, with flexibility)
• Contributing to architecture decisions and technical direction
• Working with cloud-based infrastructure, particularly within Azure
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
• Mentoring junior engineers and promoting best engineering practices

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with .NET / C# in a commercial environment
• Solid front-end experience with Angular (or similar frameworks like React or Vue)
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Exposure to cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure
• Understanding of modern software engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, code reviews)
• Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of containerisation (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling and pipelines
• Experience working on scalable, high-availability system
